Account data: name, email address, and password hash (or Google OAuth profile).
Chess platform data: Chess.com and Lichess usernames, ratings, and game PGNs you choose to import.
Usage data: analysis results, puzzle performance, training schedule progress, and preferences you set within the Service.
We use your data to: provide game analysis and personalized training; generate weakness fingerprints and training schedules; track your improvement over time; and improve the Service.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
When you connect your Chess.com or Lichess account, we access your public game data through their APIs. We do not store your passwords for these platforms. Google OAuth data is handled per Google's privacy standards.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; and export your data in a portable format.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
